Allison is a self-taught artist from Birmingham, Alabama. She moved to Arizona in 2011 with her husband and two children. Allison began creating and painting for friends and family in collaboration with her mother-in-law, Van Fowler. She honed her skills using resin, alcohol ink and acrylic paint with her first gallery residency at C Gallery in DC Ranch's Market Street in North Scottsdale. Having spent significant time in the Florida panhandle and Southern California, Allison's current focus is heavy acrylic paint on canvas and wood panels inspired by her love of the ocean and artists such as Justin Gaffrey.
